一、国务院印发《国家药品安全“十二五”规划》我国将优先提高基本药物及高风险药品的质量标准，共将涉及6500多种药品。
二、备受瞩目的《药品流通环节价格管理暂行办法》最后一轮征求意见稿面世，新规明确了各区间段出厂价格药品的加价比率控制标准，按其确定的时间表，新规将于7月1日起正式执行。有业内人士称，“如果当真严格执行，这会比安徽模式更有杀伤力，医药行业的营销生存模式会被彻底颠覆。”
三、商务部组织8家商业公司召开会议，探索医院门诊药房完全剥离的可行性，并将于随后形成医改正式文件下发执行。
四、“十一五” 期间，我国药品安全状况明显改善。全国药品评价性抽验总合格率显著提高，化学药品、中药、生物制品的抽验合格率大幅提高，药品质量总体上保持较好水平。
五、《生物产业发展“十二五”规划》目前已通过专家论证，发改委将会同有关部门抓紧修改完善，并尽快上报国务院审批。根据《规划》，未来我国生物产业将重点发展生物医药等五大方面，全国生物产业产值到2015年达到4万亿元。
六、从今年起，广东将在30%的县级医院试点取消药品加价，到2015年全省所有公立医院都将“零加价”卖药，彻底废除“以药养医”制度。
